From the Penn Inn Roundabout at Newton Abbot, follow signs to Torquay. When you reach the fork in the road at Torre Station, take the right hand lane into Avenue Road. At the first set of traffic lights turn right into Old Mill Road. Follow the road around onto Greenway Road and Derwent Hill is situated on the right hand side.
