The apartments at Derwent Hill are spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and able to accommodate upto 6 people. All apartments are non-smoking, smoking is only permitted outside in the gardens.

Holiday Apartment One

A maisonette apartment accommodating 1-4 people. The ground floor has an entrance hall off which is a lounge and separate modern kitchen. Upstairs is a spacious, beautifully appointed double bedroom with double bed and a small separate bedroom with full size bunk beds. A well equipped bathroom with bath and electric shower over the bath and shaver point.

Holiday Apartment Two

Accommodating 1 - 2 people. A large and airy ground floor apartment, comprising bedroom with pine double bed and pine furniture. Combined lounge with comfortable sofa, dining area and kitchen, fully fitted with modern appliances to a high standard. Separate bathroom with bath and shower over the bath and shaver point.

Holiday Apartment Three

Extremely spacious 1st floor apartment with magnificent sea and pool views accommodating 2-6 people in two separate sleeping areas. A large family bedroom consisting of 1 double and 2 single beds and a full size luxury sofa bed within the generously sized lounge provides a separate area for sleeping. Separate bathroom with bath and electric shower over the bath and shaver point. Also with a modern fully equipped separate kitchen.
